My husband, myself and son came here after so many years because we just haven't been in the area. I was so excited to try this place again. I had found memories from when the hubs and I were still dating.
Cue the visit. We arrived right before a rush. Apparently they didn't have adequate wait staff because they had one person taking care of the whole restaurant and she looked pretty beleaguered.
I ordered bento box with sushi and rolls. My son ordered bento with all rolls. My husband ordered a bunch of rolls which I helped him eat.
Unfortunately the fish did not taste fresh. I had to spit out my salmon sushi. It was dry and chewy. I mean seriously, that is supposed to melt in your mouth like butter. The tuna wasn't much better.
The rolls were better but I think that's because you can mask the flavor with sauces. My husband did say one of the rolls was an albacore roll and he only received bits and pieces of albacore.
I really wanted to sing the praises of Oasis, but instead was stuck in the doldrums. -

Ehh, sushi was alright. Fish wasn't fishy so that's good. But presentation? NAH! Not there. I get that it's busy & you have to push food out, but damn, there's no need for the roll to be drenched in sauce & what kind of sushi man doesn't have any knife skills? The pieces were all different sizes & just sloppy. Not easy to eat & falling apart. My sister got the chicken & beef plate, also drenched in teriyaki & chicken pretty tough. Waitress was nice, she seemed to be the only one working while the rush was starting so I get why she wasn't so attentive. But 1 star for the non-fishy fish & another star just because of effort. Maybe Im being too harsh but I'm speaking from experience because I've worked & dined in enough sushi restaurants to know what a roll is suppose to look like.

Got off work early so stopped in for a quick lunch and it was pretty good. Got a heart attack roll and mixed tempura. Not busy, quick service, food was good and the prices aren't that expensive. Would come back if my regular place was to busy.

Great service especially because there was one waitress. Very warm and friendly :) the price is great!! Not too bad and not too expensive! If you are feeling some sushi, I would recommend this place. The sushi was delicious, very flavorful. We ordered 4 rolls, basket of tempura, and green tea and the total was 40 something!
